Shipping Rules and Restrictions
GreenConservationProducts.com’s ordering system is currently set up to accommodate Ground shipments within the continental United States and Canada. Shipping to destinations such as Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories can acrue additional freight charges, since these shipments must be sent via UPS First- or Second-Day Air. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
 
We offer live no-nonsense shipping quotes directly from our shopping cart page. Once you have entered your zip code, you can calculate the shipping cost immediately, without having to log in or check out. You will be presented with a list of delivery options and exact pricing for each available shipping method.
 
Handling Charges
We are able to keep our prices down because we receive large orders of items in bulk, which we in turn, offer at discounted prices. Handling Charges allow us to be able to provide solutions which would otherwise not be viable. Shipping and Handling Charges will be combined into one flat charge shown in the UPS live rates. UPS Delivery Times Please allow 6 to 10 days on the West Coast to receive most orders shipped by our parcel carrier program via ground. (Note: deliveries to business addresses are usually delivered a day faster than packages to residential addresses). Because we ship products directly from our own warehouse in Phoenix, AZ, we ship quickly. Most of our orders are shipped within a day or two of the time they are placed. On some occasions an item happens to be unavailable from our inventory, and we may arrange to have our manufacturers or distributors “Direct-Ship” the item directly from their location for us. If this is done it is a fast way of providing you with your products, and an effective way of saving time and keeping handling and freight costs lower. However, some extra time may be involved in processing your order; if this is the case we will keep you advised. This also means that if you order several types of products at once, they may come from different shipping points around the country and may arrive on different days.
 
Unless otherwise indicated, most of our products ship standard ground. Areas closer to our Southwest warehouse should experience lesser shipping times. If you order an item that requires a truck delivery, please give us a daytime phone number so that our carrier may arrange an appointment with you, if necessary. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any shipment that is refused or that may require additional expenses.
 
We make every effort to ship products within 24 hours of your order being placed. However, some merchandise may take two to three days to process due to holidays or weekends. GreenConservationProducts.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Please note all shipment times are estimates from our experience. Transportation times can be subject to the weather and various other conditions that may affect the carrier’s ability to perform. During the holiday season, UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on Thanksgiving, the Friday immediately after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.
 
Free Shipping
We do our very best to offer promotions that include FREE Shipping when possible. Free Shipping means we'll ship your purchase from our site right to your door (or the door of someone special), free of charge via standard ground shipping. Our Free Shipping offer is available to most addresses in the Continental United States, or the "Lower 48 States". Some addresses within this area may be excluded from free service. Those exclusions may be remote areas that would not be served by our ground freight carriers. This is rare and you probably know if you live in an area not served by freight carriers.
 
Tracking Your Order
Once an order is placed, we send out an email to the specified email address reviewing the order details. A second email is sent out with tracking information once the package is shipped. Clients can refer to that email for updates on delivery dates.
 
If you can't remember which email address you used, think back to which email address received the confirmation email for your order. That is the email you used to create an account with us.
 
If you didn't create an account with us, you will need to have the shipping ZIP code of the order as well as the order number. This information along with name and number can be used to look up your order as well. Call us at (toll free) 1-888-333-4835 and he will be happy to assist you.
